  6.     much more capability and easier use.  Version 4 had received
  7.     recommendations from many organizations so we know that you
  8.     will greatly enjoy this superb new version.

  12.     Three letter food entering (we thought this would prevent user
  13.     finger cramp).

  15.     Capturing of foods from the food generator for subsequent use
  16.     in the Pantry to make diet plans, shopping lists and recipes.

  18.     This function allows you to easily create healthy diets and
  19.     recipes.

  21.     New Application Function keys in the Pantry which allow for 
  22.     data backup and other creature comforts.

  24.     A Pattern Creator which helps find common items in large Pantry
  25.     files and puts them in their own Pantry file for later use.

  27.     A greatly enhanced Pantry with many new functions and more online
  28.     help.

  30.     You easily capture recipes (or anything else) from online servies 
  31.     such as Compuserve using the F9 key once you are in a Pantry file.
